COVID-19 Update Concerning CLCF programs.

2020 Spring Seasons

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak that has our nation in shutdown. All CLCF sport seasons and programs are postponed indefinitely. This of course includes outdoor track and the strength and conditioning program.

My goal is to hold both of these program, albeit with  most likely an altered schedule. I have to follow all state and national level directions. With that in mine, I believe by the end of April we should have an indication for at least the track season and possibly the strength conditioning program.

If either or both of these are programs have to be cancelled due to the regulations laid out by the local and national government, then all registrations will be refunded.

I will let you know as soon I have a decision one way or another. Hopefully, I will be seeing all of you soon.

Stay healthy, stay safe and stay home.

Best Wishes

Coach Frank

I hope everyone is safe, healthy and staying busy during this time of confinement. I wanted to send out another notice about the strength and conditioning program that your child(ren) have been signed up for.
We at CLCF Sports are waiting for direction from the government and health officials that we can resume our activities. I am hoping that is soon just so I can work with your children again. This program was shaping up to be fantastic as we have our 30 athletes signed up! Carry Permit Fitness had a well organized workout plan to challenge the athletes.
Please be patient and healthy.
I hope to see you soon.

Indoor Track 2020

I want to thank all the athletes who came out for the indoor season. We had a great group of athletes and a lot of fun. The coaches saw growth in many of our athletes which is encouraging, as we want to make sure that you are pushed yet still having fun participating in track. Unfortunately, our season came to an end sooner than we wanted due to the COVID-19 virus. Regardless, thank you to all my coaches who do an amazing job. Stay healthy and I hope to see everyone soon.
